When Lita was just 13 years old she was given a questionnaire with the usual goals for the future: When did she want to get married? What was her dream car? etc. When it came to the question of what she wanted to be when she grew up, it was the easiest to answer. She knew she wanted to be a person who massaged people and helped them feel better. She completed her training in 2013 and has never looked back.

Lita has an immense passion for helping people and it’s evident in the care she provides. Her style is firm and deep, with an exceptional flow of warming the surface layers before proceeding to the deep adhesions.

When Lita isn’t working, she spends time with her family and friends.
