Megan discovered massage therapy when she attended a Girl Scout career workshop for high school-aged Girl Scouts. Friends and family often told her she had “healing hands”. She realized she had a gift, and she loved helping people tap into the body’s natural healing abilities. So, a few years after graduating high school, she looked into becoming a massage therapist. Megan has practiced her therapeutic art since graduating from National Holistic Institute in 2018.
Megan believes in offering a personalized therapeutic approach to her clients in order to help them achieve balance, emotional wellness, and optimal health. Megan is licensed to perform a variety of modalities including Swedish massage, shiatsu, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release. She has a particular interest in addressing women’s health issues and has experience with pregnancy massage.
In her free time Megan enjoys spending time with her family, riding her bicycle, doing yoga and watching movies. She has a deep love for animals and has spent time as a volunteer at a wildlife rehabilitation center and has raised orphaned baby birds and squirrels.
